  • 2. Is my database safe and secure?
    All data in gCast is stored securely on servers owned and managed by Gen3Media in 3 different locations.

    All customer data remains the property of the client and can be extracted at any time.

  • 3. How much information can I store in gCast?
    gCast has unlimited demographic fields that can be customised to your business and unlimited date trigger fields. There is no limit to the number of members that can be stored in our single database system. gCast also stores a comprehensive send history of your campaigns. All data storage is included in your monthly fee.
  • 4. What is the difference between the Self Managed & Fully Serviced Suite?
    Gen3Media understands different businesses require different levels of support - which is why you can choose to implement and manage your own online marketing campaigns with gCast or have the Gen3Media team administer and manage your campaigns with you. 
  • 5. Can my Customer Relationship Management system be linked to gCast?
    Yes. An API can be built between a CRM and the gCast system. For more information on the available options for API implementation, contact us with your enquiry.
